Technique Classes
In the technique classes, you’ll discover the foundations of Bollywood dance and explore its various branches.
We clarify important posture and technical principles, learn to move with grace, and practice isolating different parts of the body. You’ll encounter elements from classical Indian dance, Indian folk dance, jazz, show dance, oriental dance, and classical ballet — along with the philosophy of dancing with joy, for your own growth and deeper self-awareness.
Through dance and body training, your posture may improve, you’ll learn to control your body with confidence, and you’ll gradually master more refined movements. We build step and movement combinations that become increasingly complex over time.
Advanced Classes
In the advanced sessions, we work with more intricate and complex step combinations, deeper technical knowledge, and fundamental stage movement skills. We explore the logic and structure of choreography, essential for coordinated movement. You’ll learn to use every part of your body both individually and as a unified whole.
Choreography Classes
As you continue your Bollywood dance journey with dedication, the time will come to take your skills even further through choreography.
You’ll learn choreographies suited to your level across all major styles of Bollywood dance.
